The Senior Class has officially elected its officers for this year’s Senior Class Cabinet. Positions were announced on Oct. 9 with Jade Ventling as President, Juliette Monterroso as Vice President, Angelica Whipple as Secretary, and Afia Islam as Treasurer.

Voting took place the week of Sept. 20, and closed the following Friday on Sept. 25.

“Once the cabinet meets, we will schedule Senior Portraits, Senior Activities, and Senior Events for the rest of the year,” said Assistant Principal, Samuel Dovlatian.

As the school year continues virtually, much is still up in the air about the possibilities for in person events. However, the Senior Cabinet is hoping to give seniors a memorable year nonetheless, by providing them with a reliable presence to share their opinions, comments, and concerns with.

“I really want the senior class of 2021 to know that the council and I will do to the best of our ability,” said Senior Class President, Jade Ventling. “This is a tough time for all of us and we need to push through it.”

Seniors, stay tuned for senior class meeting dates coming soon.
