JROTC is having a blanket drive to keep our community warm during the holiday season.

They are seeking items such as blankets, jackets, sweaters, and winter clothing of all sizes until Dec. 7. Drop off time is between the hours of 8 am to 3 pm. Donations can be dropped off at the JROTC office located at Hollywood High School in the 200 Liberal and Arts building.

New or clean, gently used items are appreciated, according to Theodore Arlauskas, JROTC instructor.

“Our mission is to help those in need during the holidays. We want to keep the people in need warm and cozy during these holidays,” said Daphne Gonzalez-Muñoz, SAS senior, and a member of JROTC.

If you have any questions you can call the JROTC office at 323-993-1767.
