The senior meeting on Feb. 2 revealed information on upcoming events like Grad Nite, prom, and graduation.

The Senior Cabinet announced that those who paid to graduate at the Hollywood Bowl must clear their absences and tardies to be eligible to walk across the stage. Seniors with poor attendance or who want to clear their absences need to go to the attendance office for more information. If you have poor attendance you can not walk across the stage; however, you may still collect your diploma.

In the meeting, they mentioned the finished product for the Senior 2022 hoodies that can be found at @hwoodseniors22.

Fortunately, seniors may be attending Grad Nite at Disneyland on May 26. However, there are a limited number of tickets meaning it’s first come first serve. There are only 280 tickets available for $179 per person. Grad Nite is contingent upon finding chaperones from ages 25+, as chaperones will be getting free tickets. Grad Nite will be happening on a Thursday and will have both parks up until 2 a.m.

The day after Grad Nite will be prom which will be in the California Science Center or out in the Rose Garden at 7 p.m. The tickets are $160 per person but vary for guests. The Senior Cabinet has yet to disclose the theme for prom, but there is a revote since there was a tie. The themes to choose from are between Midnight Garden and Luxury on the Instagram page.

Hopefully, in the next senior meeting, there will be more information on when to buy and how to get Grad Nite and prom tickets.
