Last week, boys soccer defeated Belmont 5-1 at home, two days after losing to undefeated Robert F. Kennedy HS 4-1.
With the most recent game against Belmont, the players had to be fully prepared because they had a tough game two days before. With Belmont being their last game before the break, every player knew that they had to get a win.
“RFK is a good team,” said defensive player Brian Pleitez, SAS senior. “It may not be the result we wanted but now we will just go beat them at their field next.”
