In light of the death of lead singer, Chester Bennington, bandmates from Linkin Park planned a tribute concert to honor the friend. The concert took place last Friday on October 27th at the Hollywood Bowl at 10:30 p.m. The concert consisted of almost all of the brilliant songs that the band has put out over the past 20 years. Over the course of the spectacular show, Linkin Park had friends and other bands perform on the stage, big names such as Blink-182, System of a Down, No Doubt (and plenty more) appeared to help honor Bennington. In between songs and guests, videos played of the band with Bennington, reminiscing on the times when he was with the world.

Without a second thought, the night was emotional, powerful, and completely raw. Over 17,000 occupants went to the show, singing their hearts out to the songs and expressing the love for the lost idol.

On the internet: 5.5 million watched live at home. It goes to show how much of an impact one person can make. Bennington will always be remembered among the legends of the music world, and many will remember this concert with their hearts.

Rest in Peace
