AP testing officially started this Monday, May 1 and it will last until next Friday, May 12. Many students are probably stressing out, worrying they might not pass the test or get the desired score they want.

Some students will probably have hard time coping with the exam anxiety. Here are some tips that  could be used to feel better taking the AP exam.

Students should most importantly release all their stress the night before and try relaxing on test day. Listening to classical music ten minutes before would help calm the mind. Some tea will also definitely calm your nerves.

Having a  good breakfast will boost you for the stressful day. Brain foods such as blueberry, broccoli, and dark chocolate will enhance your focus and help prevent memory loss.

Good luck to all students taking their AP exams and may the force be with you.
