The Cranberries’ Dolores O’ Riordan Dead at 46

Delores O’ Riordan has been announced dead at the age of 46. She is most known for the lead front woman of the famous Irish rock band The Cranberries. Riordan ‘s publicist said she passed away on London staying for a short recording session. Last year The Cranberries released a full length LP “Something Else” full of songs from their catalog stripped down to different renditions. The very first Cranberries album “Everybody Else is Doing it” was released on 1993 then the band went on hiatus in 2003 and returned in 2009. The rest of the band shared their mourning through a statement, “She was an extraordinary talent and we feel very privileged to have been part of her life from 1989 when we started the Cranberries. The world has lost a true artist today.”
