Winter in LA

Let’s be honest, Los Angeles isn’t known for it’s winters. Since we unfortunately don’t see any snow here, the weather here seems to be bipolar here making everyone argue why is it too cold here or why is it too hot here. In fact, winter is one of the best times of the year in Los Angeles. In addition to the holidays, there is a many things we can do to enjoy our snowless winter. It’s what we can make out of it right?

For those people who love snow, get your ice skates ready ( Most of us probably don’t own a pair, They probably sell/rent them there) and enjoy yourselves on the ice skating rinks as you and many others pretend that there is snow under your feet.

Pershing Square Park , Downtown Financial District Until Monday January 16 2017
“one of the biggest in the city. Look out for special events throughout the season, like curling lessons, a silent disco skate and DJ nights.”

Or why not visit some theme parks like Universal Studios. Winter is one of the best times to visit. This time of year typically means less crowds and shorter lines. In addition to shorter lines , on select days from December 3, 2016 through January 1, 2017, Universal Studios plays host to Grinchmas, a The Grinch Who Stole Christmas themed holiday spectacular with christmas decorations throughout the park, and photo opportunities with The Grinch. Another theme park you could go to is knott’s berry farm for less crowds and shorter lines, Not Disneyland because a lot of families go there to enjoy the christmas attractions.
